Energy Work Consent and Release Terms and Conditions

By entering my email address and booking a session with The Secret Doorway, I agree to the following:

I agree and consent to understand that any energy work sessions, including but not limited to Group Elemental Sound Healing Sessions, Private Individual or Couple’s Private Elemental Sound Healing Sessions, and Private Hawaiian Huna Reiki Sessions given, involve a natural method of energy balancing for the purpose of relaxation, stress reduction, and life enhancement.  

I understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

I understand that it is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment that I have. 

I understand that the Practitioner in conducting of a Group Element Sound Healing Session may be utilizing essential oils. If I am allergic to any specific oil, I will not participate in receiving such oil when offered. 

I understand and acknowledge that the Practitioner is not a Licensed Massage Therapist. I agree and consent to them placing their hands on me during a private Hawaiian Huna Reiki Session and applying different objects for healing and utilizing essential oils. If I am allergic to any specific oil, I must disclose this information to the Practitioner.

I understand any sexually suggestive behavior will be grounds for immediate termination of the session with no refunds.

I understand that full payment is required to book any of the sessions. I agree and understand there are NO refunds once booked. I agree to the guidelines for clothing and will arrive on time as no refunds will be provided to those who wear zippers , jeans, buttons, or arrive late after doors close. 

I understand that if the minimum requirement of 3 attendees is not met per group session, I will then be refunded and asked to reschedule to another class.

I agree that if I  book a private session whether it is individual or couples, I will provide at least 24 hours notice if I need to reschedule my session.   I again understand that NO refunds will be given once any session is booked. 

I also agree for any group or private sessions using the hammocks, I will not wear any zippers, buttons, or jeans that may damage or tear the silk hammocks. I understand I will not be able to attend the class if wearing such clothing and will be given NO refunds as I agree to these terms.
